Submit Shidduch

My boyfriend calls me up to tell me he just watched "The Invention of Lying" and was inspired to only tell the truth. He then proceeded to tell me that he thinks I could lose a few pounds, have an annoying laugh and most likely would be a bad mother, but he would like to continue dating because he feels desperate. HS!

Last night my boyfriend of two years took me out for a romantic dinner. He brought roses, took me to a wonderful restaurant and at the end of the night gave a me a card. It read "Happy Valentines sweetheart. Thank you for the last two years they have been fun. But now I think it must come to an end as you have gained a ton." HS!

I picked up this girl and she had a huge mole on the tip of her nose but she was really pretty. I couldn't help myself and blurted out i hate to be nosy (get it ha ha..) but why don't you have it removed..she responded by kicking me in the nether-region..it hurt..i guess we weren't as close as i thought..i cannot have kids now. The girl decided that although she might actually like to marry a Sepharadi and take on Sepharadi minhagim, she wasn't comfortable with the fact that I (of clearly Ashkenazi descent) had taken on sepharadi minhagim as a ba'al teshuva, despite having asked a she'elah about it from an expert. She decided it was a deal breaker. HS!

This guy just broke up with me by saying "It is not you, it is your Rabbi." WHAT? He did not feel that the Rabbi of my shul that I grew up in shares the same Hashkafa as him. I haven't lived at home or have gone to that shul in years. HS!

I wanted to break up with my girlfriend as easlily as possible and so I gave the old "It is not you, it is me" speech. When I was done, she agreed full heartedly and than added about twenty more reasond why it was me. HS!

Tonight was the third date and things were going well. The girl I was dating suggested we go out again tomorrow night. I was game. Then she suggested we go see the movie Funny People. I was game. She followed that up with saying she wants us to go see the movie because she thinks I look like Jonah Hill. I WAS NOT GAME! We broke up. HS!
